Tropical impressive garden, stunning swimming pool, extensive beach area for long walks
Refurbishment required in many areas!!! Slow check-in was frustrating!!! Elevator failure gave us quite a workout!!! Unpleasant chaos during dinner buffets!!! Haunting presence of eager salespeople outside the hotel!!!

The breathtaking ocean view from my room truly made my stay memorable, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation.
The dinner buffet quickly ran out of dishes within the first hour given the hotel's standards.

the staff barely acknowledged my presence, especially during the chaotic buffet, where seating was non-existent, making me feel like an unwelcome afterthought. also, my shower was a disgrace, woefully slow to drain. I had expected a complimentary gesture, but it appears I'm not worthy of that. I almost thought of giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Had a great time with friends enjoying the lovely view from our suite and relaxing by the divine pool. The welcoming reception staff upgraded us. We loved the evening entertainment and the delicious options available, perfect for sharing laughs and refreshing drinks while taking in beautiful sunsets.
We faced issues with slow room service during dinner, as orders took a very long time to arrive despite the restaurant not being too busy.

Family Enjoys a Luxurious Retreat
I loved the relaxing vibe that surrounded us during our stay the staff made every effort to cater to our needs which was fantastic. Each meal felt like an experience with an impressive buffet that just kept getting better and better especially loved the international options.
Admittedly it wasn't the most affordable option but worth every cent.
